Modern Infrared Sauna

Modern Infrared Sauna
Details:
Far-infrared saunas (typically referring to saunas using far-infrared heating technology) have become a popular choice for home health equipment in recent years. Compared to traditional saunas, far-infrared saunas are safer, with no open
flame, no risk of steam burns, and a lower surface temperature, making them less likely to cause burns from
accidental contact. This makes them more suitable for families with children or the elderly. Furthermore, because
they directly heat the human body rather than the air in the entire room, their energy consumption is typically much lower than that of traditional sauna heaters.

The working principle of Modern Infrared Sauna rooms

(1) Core physical principle: Resonance heating. Unlike a microwave oven, a lightwave room does not heat food; instead, it utilizes far-infrared rays of a specific wavelength.

(2) Radiant heating: The heating element installed inside the lightwave room (usually ceramic, carbon crystal, or halogen tubes, etc.) emits far-infrared rays of 5.6 to 15 micrometers when powered on.

(3) Matching absorption: This wavelength of far-infrared rays is called "life light waves." Coincidentally, the wavelength of far-infrared rays emitted by the human body is also around 9.6 micrometers. According to the "matching absorption principle" in physics, when the wavelength of external far-infrared rays matches the oscillation wavelength of human cell molecules, the human cells will resonate and strongly absorb this energy.

In summary, the working principle of a lightwave room is to utilize light energy of a specific wavelength, which penetrates the skin and resonates with human cells to generate internal heat, thereby achieving the effects of deep sweating and thermotherapy.

The Application Of Modern Infrared Sauna rooms

The application of infrared saunas is expanding from homes to professional institutions and commercial spaces, such as:

1. Home and personal health: high-end residences and apartments.

2. Professional health and rehabilitation: sports rehabilitation centers, physical therapy and pain management clinics, detoxification and anti-aging centers, etc.

The advantage of infrared sauna room

The infrared sauna room: The heating principle is infrared radiation.

Compared to traditional sauna room ,the infrared Sauna room generates heat radiation as soon as it is powered on, and it usually reaches the set temperature in about 10-15 minutes. The preheating time is shorter and it is relatively more energy-efficient.

Traditional saunas typically operate at 70-90°C, while infrared saunas usually operate at 40-60°C. For those who are less heat-tolerant or find the air in traditional saunas too "scorching," the breathing experience in an infrared sauna is much more comfortable. Although the air temperature is lower, because infrared rays act directly on the body, warming the body from the inside out in the deep core areas, it often results in the same or even greater amount of perspiration at a lower air temperature.

Why our  infrared sauna room  are more durable than other factories?

1. Canadian hemlock, once dried, exhibits exceptional dimensional stability, resisting warping and cracking during the humid and dry cycles of a sauna. Furthermore, the wood gradually hardens with use, resulting in excellent wear resistance.

2. Its smooth, resin-free surface is comfortable to the touch and does not become sticky or emit resinous odors at high temperatures, nor does it release any unpleasant smells when heated, thus preserving the sauna experience.

3. Its fine and uniform grain makes it easy to process into wall panels and seating of various sizes. The grain is straight and clear, with colors ranging from creamy white to light yellow, offering an elegant and beautiful appearance.

4. The wood possesses natural preservative properties, better resisting mold growth in humid and hot environments. Maintenance is simple, and the surface is easy to clean and treat.
